I have completed the required number of consecutive years as an MDBOA member (minimum of 4 years, except where bylaws allow exceptions for certain at-large seats).
I meet the qualifications for the office I am seeking as outlined in MDBOA Bylaws Sections 7.313–7.316.
I understand that all applications must be submitted by November 15 of the election year.
